2018 CAC Women's Soccer Preseason PollTwo-time defending champion Christopher Newport was tabbed as the unanimous favorite to three-peat in the 2018 Capital Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Preseason Poll. The Captains, who captured their second-straight CAC Tournament Championship last fall, received seven first-place votes and 49 points to run away with the top position in the voting.
2018 CAC Volleyball Preseason PollDefending champion Christopher Newport secured top billing in the 2018 Capital Athletic Conference Volleyball Preseason Poll. The Captains received six first-place votes and tallied 48 points to earn the top position in a preseason vote among the conference head coaches.
2018 CAC Field Hockey Preseason PollChristopher Newport and Salisbury were selected as co-favorites in the 2018 Capital Athletic Conference Field Hockey Preseason Poll. The Captains and Sea Gulls each totaled three first-place votes and 23 points to land deadloced atop the poll in a vote among the conference head coaches.
